V-Lase® is an easy, 15-minute non-invasive procedure using advanced
patented CO2 laser technology for the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy
which can restore the feel and performance of females’ intimate life. It
restores vaginal health and function by creating mild thermal damage
to the mucosal lining and underlying tissues of the vaginal canal and
vulva. The V-Lase® treatment is a vaginal rejuvenation treatment that
reestablishes a healthier, more youthful vagina with better hydration,
tightening of the vaginal canal, increased mucosal blood supply, greater
urinary control, and improved sexual gratification.

The V-Lase® procedure consists of the intravaginal insertion of a specially designed probe connected to the MiXto laser. The probe slowly, and automatically, rotates while the laser is fired at various locations inside the vaginal canal. With Lasering’s patented chopped-CW laser technology, the laser beam is generated in a pulsed pattern without damaging the superficial vaginal wall, while producing a gentle thermal effect deep inside the vaginal tissue and pelvic floor to stimulate the remodelling of existing collagen and induce fibroblasts to undergo mitosis and replicate. This creates new collagen, elastin, reticular fibres and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in the extracellular matrix.
